Recently, Tribuna.com organized an auction for a gold medal “ceh9” from Intel Extreme Masters IV 2010, which was successfully sold on eBay for $10,000.

Maksym Krippa, the owner of the NAVI esports team, won the first gold medal in the organization’s history in the team shooter CS:GO at this auction. He purchased the medal worth 10 thousand dollars, which was auctioned by Arseniy “ceh9” Trinozhenko.

This medal was won at the Intel Extreme Masters IV tournament in 2010.

The auction raised a total of UAH 6 million from Maksym Krippa and other participants. These initiatives are an example of how sporting events can unite a community.

Auctions provide a practical way for communities and industries to come together and contribute to important causes. They offer a transparent and organized platform where individuals can support initiatives while gaining something in return. In contexts like esports or other industries, auctions help raise awareness and encourage participation from a wider audience, making them an effective tool for channeling resources toward meaningful efforts without relying solely on donations. This method ensures a balance between engagement and support, while fostering a sense of shared responsibility among participants.
